Time: 12-1 p.m.
Location: Lutheran Hospice Support office's conference room - 102 Fortress Dr., Chapin (Located across from White Rock Post Office off of Dutch Fork Dr.)
Details: Lutheran Hospice-Midlands office, along with The Heritage of Lowman, will be offering a 4 week grief and loss workshop that is open and free to the community. Light snacks and drinks will be provided, but please bring your bag lunch. Confidentiality is assured. The classes will include: Anticipatory Grief, Healthy Grief, Complicated Grief and Holiday Grief/Moving on. Details: Lutheran Hospice is once again among the Charleston Charities named as beneficiaries of the Charleston Ride for Hope, also known as the Jerry Zucker Ride for Hope. The entry fee is $25 + at least $500 in donations or a corporate sponsorship. All levels of riders can partcipate on one of three courses or in the kids/family ride.
