Lutheran Hospice Welcomes New Admissions Social Worker 

July 2007 (Mount Pleasant) Karen Forman, LMSW, has joined Lutheran Hospice as Admissions Social Worker for their Mt. Pleasant and Ladson offices. Since 2002, Forman has served as a Certified Guardian ad Litem.  Prior to joining Lutheran Hospice, Forman was a Social Worker for Southern Care Hospice.  She previously held positions with Growing Home of South Carolina, Medical University of South Carolina, Tri-county Hospice, Hospice of Summerville and Presbyterian Hospital.  Forman holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from William Smith College, a Post Baccalaureate in Behavioral Neuroscience from Cornell University and a Master of Social Work from The University of Pennsylvania.
